About Niteo House
Niteo House is a private 3-bedroom villa with a pool in Costa Teguise, on the Canary Island of Lanzarote. We built it for the kind of stay we wanted ourselves: quiet, comfortable, well-located, and with internet that just works.
The villa is owned and managed by Niteo, a small bootstrapped software company that has been helping small businesses run better since 2007. We use the house ourselves between guests, which is why everything from the desk chairs to the kitchen knives is chosen with care.
Why Costa Teguise
Costa Teguise sits on the east coast of Lanzarote, halfway between the airport and the volcanic UNESCO sites in the north. It's a quiet, residential town that grew around a César Manrique masterplan, with wide promenades, low buildings, palm-lined streets, and three sandy beaches within walking distance.
The micro-location matters. The villa is on a calm side street, five minutes from Las Cucharas beach, two minutes from a year-round outdoor gym, and a short walk from the supermarket and a stretch of restaurants. No tourist crowds, no late-night noise. Just a base from which to surf, work, hike, or do nothing at all.
We've also kept the place digital-nomad-friendly: fiber-optic internet, two upstairs bedrooms with proper desks and office chairs, and the kind of stable Wi-Fi that survives a video call.
